Refund Policy

Subscriptions and recurring add-ons cancel at the end of the current billing period. Access and applicable entitlements continue through that period.

Plan or add-on changes may create immediate prorated charges or credits. We do not provide prorated refunds for a partially used billing period except where required by law, for duplicate or unauthorized charges, for billing errors, or when support approves an exception.

Creator Credit packs that have been used in whole or in part are non-refundable, except where required by law or when a duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charge is confirmed.

Requests involving a wholly unused pack are reviewed when required by law or when support approves an exception. A refund may reverse the corresponding unused credit balance.

Contact support@foxyvoxy.ai with the account email, charge date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers or banking credentials.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears after Stripe processes it.
